博士，专职博士后，中共党员。专业方向为食品安全、食品微生物、食品化学。目前已发表SCI论文12篇，授权发明专利1项，主研或参研国家自然科学基金2项，加拿大卑诗省项目1项，省市级项目6项。

【主要研究方向】

食品安全和食品微生物：食源性病原菌的控制及其机理的研究；分析检测食品中生物及化学有害物；噬菌体对食源性病原菌的防控。

食品化学：天然产物的分离纯化及生物活性的研究；应用组学手法研究食品品质及溯源。
