【基本情况】

博士,教授,博士生导师。四川大学985工程引进人才。历任日本乳酸菌学会理事、日本酪农科学学会理事、日本肠内细菌学会理事、国际酪农连盟(IDF)日本支部专门委员、FEMS Immunology and Medical Immunology等国际学术杂志编委。现任中国食品科学技术学会乳酸菌分会理事、中国营养学会老年分会委员、中国营养学会益生菌及益生元分会委员,四川省营养学会理事、四川省营养学会老年分会副主任委员,Biogerontology (BGEN)、Clinical Intervention inAging、中国微生态等学术杂志编委。长期从事肠道微生物及益生菌领域相关基础理论研究、以及应用的技术及产品开发,在各种国际学术杂志上发表过各种学术论文,著书及相关文章约200余篇(SCI论文100余篇,被引用次数近2000次、单篇被引用最高次数近300次,単篇最高影響因子14.0)、先后承担过多項国家自然科学基金及省部级,日本农林水产省竞争性研究基金等大型科研项目。
